End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using In-Suite ("the App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be at least 18 years old to use In-Suite.

2. The Service

In-Suite connects solo travelers staying at hotels so they can meet for activities such as breakfast, the gym, lounge drinks, or dinner. The App allows users to create profiles, post activities, send join requests, and exchange messages within activity-scoped conversations.

3. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Behavior

In-Suite has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree that you will not post, send, upload, or share any content, or engage in any behavior, that:

• is sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive;
• harasses, bullies, threatens, intimidates, or defames any person;
• is hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence against any individual or group;
• impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity or age;
• solicits or facilitates prostitution, escort services, or any sexual transaction;
• involves, sexualizes, or endangers minors in any way;
• is spam, fraudulent, or intended to deceive other users;
• infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• is otherwise unlawful, harmful, or objectionable.

Any user who violates this policy will have their content removed and their account terminated. There is no tolerance for such content or behavior, and accounts may be removed without notice.

4. Reporting and Blocking

Every user profile, activity, and message includes a Report function so you can flag objectionable content. You may also Block any user at any time; once blocked, neither party can message or view the other within the App. We encourage you to use these tools whenever you encounter content or behavior that violates this EULA.

5. Moderation and 24-Hour Response

We filter content for objectionable material and review all reports of objectionable content. We will act on reports within 24 hours by removing the offending content and, where warranted, ejecting (terminating the account of) the user who provided it. We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account at our sole discretion.

6. In-Person Meetings and Personal Safety

In-Suite facilitates introductions between travelers who may choose to meet in person. You meet other users at your own risk. In-Suite does not conduct background checks on users and does not verify the identity, intentions, or conduct of any user. We strongly recommend that you meet in public places, tell someone you trust your plans, and trust your instincts. In-Suite is not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate this EULA. You may delete your account at any time through the App.

8. Subscriptions

In-Suite offers a Trip Pass via in-app purchase. Pricing, duration, and renewal terms are disclosed at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, In-Suite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or your interactions with other users.
