By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.
2. Your account
- Provide truthful information — real first name, real photo of you, accurate hotel
- Don't impersonate someone else
- Don't share your account
- One person, one account
3. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users

- Promote third-party products or businesses (no spam)
- Misrepresent who you are or where you're staying

We may remove content, clear inappropriate profile fields, or suspend
accounts based on user reports or our own review — see

4. Meeting in person
In-Suite helps you find company at hotel facilities.
Meeting other users is at your own risk.
We do not verify identities, vet hotel guests, or supervise meetings. Use common sense,
meet in public hotel areas first, and trust your instincts.
5. Passes and purchases
- Passes are sold through Apple's In-App Purchase. Apple is the seller.
- Passes are consumable — once purchased, they activate immediately and run for the stated duration.
- All sales are final unless required by Apple's refund policy. Refund requests must go through Apple — we cannot directly refund Apple-processed payments.
- We may change pricing for future purchases. Existing passes remain at the price you paid.
-
We may also grant passes via promotional codes — referral rewards, beta
tester access, occasional gifts. Promotional passes are non-transferable
and may be revoked if the code is abused or shared in violation of these
terms.
6. Reporting and moderation
In-Suite is a small product run by a small team. Keeping it usable depends
on you telling us when something's wrong.
-
How to report — every user profile, activity post, and
chat message has a Report option in the
… / long-press menu. Pick a reason and add detail if
you'd like.
-
How to block — open the other person's profile and
choose Block. The block is two-way: they disappear from your Discover
and Messages, and you disappear from theirs.
-
Response time — we review every report within 24 hours
and respond if action is taken.
-
Actions we may take — delete the reported message,
delete or cancel the reported activity, clear an inappropriate avatar
or bio, suspend or remove the account. We may also dismiss reports
that don't violate these terms.

that harms other users. We will give you reasonable notice when possible, except for
violations involving safety, fraud, or law.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account.
8. Service availability
In-Suite is provided "as is". We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free
operation, or any specific outcomes. We may modify or discontinue features.
9. Limitation of liability
